To provide Safety and Equity for all BIPOC creatives and of the intersections we inhabit, in the Los Angeles theatre community. We look to do this by creating a BIPOC-led mechanism of accountability and by supporting other anti-racist industry related organizations and people.
Vision
To provide agency for L.A. based BIPOC theatremakers so that they can make informed decisions on what predominantly White American Theatres (WAT) they work with. In addition, to provide resources for L.A. based BIPOC theatremakers with access to additional anti-racist and equitable programs and organizations.
